After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 6 n* K: [4 g( T; y" s5 m
It is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
$ N6 k+ Z& ~. h1 l, v* `Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
7 H% u; J, Z2 dUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.) ~2 y+ P+ J; G; z* G
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.( ^+ ~- n A+ G$ L @) H/ \
0 N+ O# Z V3 {2 R, [+ `The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
. f' W, S) k, g9 zThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
6 _% D7 M, I3 _0 Q& w; o It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. $ |) T' e8 K+ o/ d+ f( `
