Two cutler –hammer advantage starters are doing the same thing:
n, a' v9 L6 `$ k' i8 W After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.. b; f" H0 Z+ ~# Z e5 O$ W- k9 G
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.2 R" [7 A* A( m
The problem should be inside the bucket.

Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.7 M& f# [4 y4 n$ s

They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
8 R! p$ h3 y$ X' D It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. 2 ^8 W% a0 E! x9 B
