When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
. J/ O% z; F# d* C/ I+ vUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
* h- M2 ^1 ~0 d% pConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.$ N) ^4 I: T3 g3 d8 U5 t1 n
" }. M- [; t7 v8 VThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
' K/ p& J" o9 D- m1 @They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.# e3 {: X& z& t0 e9 b2 n8 P
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
