0 F* N! p- e4 t4 L9 ?. COn Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.! L* ?" Y+ _0 k5 S

Bring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:
* U' V6 r- ]/ ]" {7 R! j# h2 ^ J9 s- i3 V
learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
3 n' c" B- I, `2 L4 @8 y8 R( Cdigging for and examining fossils ) }4 f9 f" O& v. \
exploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth
J7 w; ~2 G6 q) x- W( q8 Ainvestigating insects ( A( ]+ N! j: Y
and much more!
- o3 m, H1 V0 A% F3 U. }“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.- i! x+ m: t+ x5 t+ U5 I
