Position Responsibilities:
& O+ `7 ~8 j9 Y* _0 Z6 O! i• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
0 K& U" n* p/ I; A% Z, f2 J% l• Identification and replication of software defects
& j* P% m. [8 M• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ' v- f! U# S) L; c$ A3 Q6 L
• Managing customer expectations
9 m; `4 q' E. X b' q% G, Z• Documentation of technical procedures
9 w) Z( L2 l* K3 H& N$ L' k• Trouble shooting client network issues / B9 I8 v* e- K9 f
• Optimizing system configurations ' r/ w$ H, X) X" d4 o

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system + K, Y) E& ~! ?6 y- E
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills
