Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 D8 D' M, O+ G. M( ?1 E0 V+ [•        Identification and replication of software defects  
/ ?7 p7 e- @, _9 h" ^" ]•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
. ^/ ^/ |! B1 t$ k$ C1 C/ W5 @0 h' V•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
1 @& K* Y! {  J" Q) K: R•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
: y/ n4 S2 i; p  V3 D$ S) U) `•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training

•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills

& z2 V! O# c, D( J•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
# v' ~, e, q1 U2 f4 b•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
