• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control& v" c) o" X* C1 s: e0 G
• Identification and replication of software defects ! Z8 Q0 r- Q, \2 a( x* N
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures 9 l- @( i! A: j& d8 e" C
• Trouble shooting client network issues
