Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

5 g% ~8 e( S8 P8 L4 }3 e•        Documentation of technical procedures
- N3 q) m8 X/ g•        Trouble shooting client network issues
$ X: \! b; B8 v9 c# [0 C•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
9 G& ^4 V' b" @5 _: b3 m4 d•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
7 Q! Y, ~: m/ R2 `: D•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

' \* P7 \7 m0 \6 m& a•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
! Q7 M$ D3 j' ~•        Technical degree or diploma
- b( ~* D! P6 M•        2 years experience in a technical support role
