Position Responsibilities:
* X8 Y6 K! N2 f3 L- ~) n( L4 l! S4 j• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
& f) P% z2 T8 T- k4 a2 P) J2 b• Identification and replication of software defects
; Y' s+ }& R' N/ W% h5 X! M% Y+ t• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients * X5 y8 n% D1 l, J5 W
• Managing customer expectations
}2 A; F$ Z! `• Documentation of technical procedures - T) a; y! S6 o0 T( I6 ]
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) # `+ A& k& ` Z4 P8 a. [' A8 ^

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin: e! W: o s! O" x
• Work evenings as required

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

• Technical degree or diploma 7 k, t5 c; M5 ^* x
• 2 years experience in a technical support role7 w- J( K4 S, H5 ?7 Y. p
