1 b3 J) b) P* ]• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control" ~- ?! s' q4 i
• Identification and replication of software defects % m( B& B' _& Y# e$ k, C6 ~
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients f- t$ I0 y9 C6 b9 m
• Managing customer expectations . y+ R3 A5 ^/ h ~) u" r
• Documentation of technical procedures

- J8 ]) u" W" Q; w7 S2 [• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

• Technical degree or diploma
