Position Responsibilities:
* X8 Y6 K! N2 f3 L- ~) n( L4 l! S4 j•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
& f) P% z2 T8 T- k4 a2 P) J2 b•        Identification and replication of software defects  
; Y' s+ }& R' N/ W% h5 X! M% Y+ t•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  * X5 y8 n% D1 l, J5 W
•        Managing customer expectations
  }2 A; F$ Z! `•        Documentation of technical procedures - T) a; y! S6 o0 T( I6 ]
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
: f6 X  y% g' ^0 [' x* c) q# x8 k. L•        Optimizing system configurations  # q" R2 t# j- [* C4 P+ j7 \3 ~  l2 |
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) # `+ A& k& `  Z4 P8 a. [' A8 ^
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system + e1 W+ t% A8 A7 ]: ], Q; a" ]
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training ; I1 C/ M  ~% }& c! w7 E$ O. L- U
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin: e! W: o  s! O" x
•        Work evenings as required
5 M1 S1 _$ Y- w& W' k) \0 Y' H7 Z2 vSkills and Knowledge Required. M" S: `* p  }
•        Customer service skills , f8 K9 w: _1 B) q+ {# V
•        Technical writing skills 9 d  L7 ~, |  m
•        C++ development skills 8 @5 J# [* K. h! s; L6 i
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
4 H/ _+ B6 O/ ]" c% z% G•        Network trouble shooting skills
; b9 b6 p5 B7 u4 v# r•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ! m1 M* z3 |" @+ s7 |: i6 ?+ G2 w
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
4 W" S4 j0 m0 ~  V•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 8 {, X- K  u% e5 ~
•        Ability to work independently . E) I- l0 h$ S4 N1 L- V! x
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, O, b' [( h4 _- ~  Y
Experience and Education7 s7 {' u% R/ |& ^* A9 F8 M, m
•        Technical degree or diploma 7 k, t5 c; M5 ^* x
•        2 years experience in a technical support role7 w- J( K4 S, H5 ?7 Y. p
