Position Responsibilities:/ G0 ~% g/ K% a: @) k7 i1 z
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
/ |8 W/ g& O6 \% W8 ]6 I•        Identification and replication of software defects  0 P' r- U7 P$ W$ c
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  1 d$ m9 `  l* t0 ^5 k# w
•        Managing customer expectations : s$ C9 o) `2 U( u" u
•        Documentation of technical procedures
# o7 W( U3 e( H" m•        Trouble shooting client network issues
' P6 D( ]* {: y+ B% `# `5 X2 L•        Optimizing system configurations  
: m$ ~6 T6 D5 z) e•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : T2 R6 U7 ^. q( i" b/ X* e
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
2 V3 m- d$ ?- f' e2 T# r•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required6 h) m( I" [, Y' T
Skills and Knowledge Required/ l, D/ Q8 O1 A4 O$ s
•        Customer service skills
; F* I3 M. @0 ?7 x, x' e•        Technical writing skills
  G2 |# G: O& h•        C++ development skills
3 T3 Z* S4 R4 G& t•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
2 _5 c( }7 m% U' Z7 A•        Network trouble shooting skills
! C+ S- q- S/ S8 w: g0 @•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills " U' o8 Q3 U& y" H3 X# F0 F
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Technical degree or diploma
