•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 ^4 M0 Z6 W2 P$ b3 v) e
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
8 a, T8 G2 O* N6 O& E. J( X& l•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
/ ^2 c% g% S- K5 w•        Managing customer expectations
7 O* i* Y1 B7 ]; d. e; I3 [•        Documentation of technical procedures
8 z% X4 P$ e" H7 ]/ i4 G•        Trouble shooting client network issues   H+ V+ N% s, c1 e. c
•        Optimizing system configurations  ( C1 \- y& l5 v7 p, L- }
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) - c% B8 Q9 d- Q/ S! ]0 M
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system   u+ G3 Y9 |- i- e# Q$ ~- G
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 2 ?. u- N% h/ h- t% y

Skills and Knowledge Required
. \3 T. w& r1 U* C•        Customer service skills * ?# ^7 Y+ p7 j
•        Technical writing skills
! Y. S. }- \& K$ H% {' A2 \2 s•        C++ development skills
5 n. n' x8 m, |: J2 Z  n: J•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
3 V$ j; u$ B; s8 R; |•        Network trouble shooting skills
* d! U, P) e, V•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 2 P$ e* J6 m2 e+ e3 t8 ]) h3 E
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
