• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- |! x6 r; r5 C" A8 S
• Identification and replication of software defects ! `+ m1 [' ^3 @
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures ; B5 l2 l2 O, Q0 e8 s
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ! w; U: J8 E# Q$ }/ _

• Customer service skills
