• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control! l$ l. W8 c* z/ E. Z
• Identification and replication of software defects
/ M/ ^( f! n7 {0 S# K1 X6 E- ? s• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
0 U% O* g# Z1 ^$ u9 z0 L• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues , }& F7 W- |: U* N
• Optimizing system configurations

• System training

Experience and Education
