•        Identification and replication of software defects  
/ u1 Y; {; I3 a/ ^6 ]2 w$ X- a8 d( b•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  % P' p$ ]7 m- s
•        Managing customer expectations
  T% G/ p- C% t# u! q•        Documentation of technical procedures
' _1 s2 r$ [2 q4 F•        Trouble shooting client network issues
% z8 ~1 E) R$ U" z$ Q7 b2 g•        Optimizing system configurations  
; a; {3 D- l4 A•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        C++ development skills / j" |( \% Q, m" E1 s
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.- r" r: b7 L/ P! o7 C
•        Network trouble shooting skills $ t  r( L; V! t0 S/ j+ t
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 1 f- j6 K' p2 y" r/ N" g. @5 b
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments * Z. ?0 ^- @0 i2 g- A3 w
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
