•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 d' H( F+ E$ ]* P( B8 h
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
  o) i7 w# F% ~2 l4 i. o5 O•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
7 B: M" F$ l7 G: m9 Y•        Managing customer expectations
! j: c9 \1 ~9 l0 j•        Documentation of technical procedures
& c" U! J& R, m! _. y•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
