. h* e; Y+ [- n, H. O* q- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
1 P2 R/ I0 I. N6 N- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- z8 u$ J8 M# h9 k1 F- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
. H5 x$ m5 J3 k- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
+ W* T* f' d+ o( e3 t! Y/ ?- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
. o* {( E1 J, \+ w; O+ x5 \- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
5 K( h% h5 ^' i7 ~1 h3 |- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
) n% v9 _4 l% C* M- Y' \. ^1 [•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        On-the-job training will be provided
