卡尔加里和埃德蒙顿的房价相差大吗？
同样大小的房子？ 能差多少？
另外一个问题是，两地的气候相差多少？

I was under the impression that the houses in Calgary are usually 10 ~ 15% more expensive than Edmonton. But recently some friends told me to build new houses in NW of Calgary (where is considered to be similar to NW of Edmonton) are a lot cheaper than to build new in SW of Edmonton. ) V1 l% N8 m5 M& G是的，同一个星期看房子， 同样都是Jayman, 一样户型， 起价SW Edmonton, 比NW Calgary 贵出来4万多块， 可能跟小区的地皮价格有关系吧。 以前也是听说Calgary贵的，最近好像反过来了。

CALGARY NW 有些新的小区，已经出城了，就便宜不少。还有一个多伦多来的开发商，在CALGARY 北部城界上修了不少房子，价格便宜得可以用恐怖来形容

$ u1 E) O8 C1 M, |4 U2600 尺的房子，1个月前查的时候是 36万。 到NW城区的话，同样的恐怕目前市价在55~60万左右。
