how can I make my road test as cheap as possible?

1 H6 E9 ^% }7 m# G* G, r. EI am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province.
( v: c1 k2 J7 V& r" M$ I& q1 Q# II have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.
