How to enter chinese characters without input method?

I was assigned a laptop for work purpose. But I can not install any software without permission. Is it possible to enter Chinese characters without input method installed.

只要你系统能看中文就有办法，上面两位给出的地址就可以，不过需要网络。应该有离线版的，自己找找看。
