现在南面新房子卖的很快，为什么阿？

现在经济并没有走出低谷，但是我最近发现，南面的售楼处卖房子非常快。搞不懂原因，能不能请懂行的大虾分析下。感觉有泡沫哦！

Partially agree. The main reason is to control the inflation. House price isn't counted as part of CPI. It can help the government absorb the flood money and keep the CPI lower.

这个观点很新颖，但是GDP的构成和央行发行钞票的数量好像没有直接的关系哦，而且这些借钱的公司为啥对发展生产力没有兴趣，而选择了流通并不快的房产市场，而且偏偏是我们这屯子。

I made a prediction a while back about US$1 = 50 RMB in 10~15 years, if RMB is float.

But of course, that's assuming the US doesn't do anything too stupid (which is not guaranteed either)

政府多印钞票，兑换成美元

换成的美元，不是中国政府印的，是外面流入的。中国政府换成美元后又那美元到海外投资，其实是抵消了外面流入的美元。那那些拿美元找中国政府换RBM的钱，最后消费和投资到国内。

The housing market is so complex and comfused most people.
I know a realtor, she came from BC and makes investment speeches once a week in BC to convince investors to buy residential properties in Edmonton. As far as I know, she has more than 50 clients who come from BC in this year. She herself also brought two houses for investment.
