- ~1 J$ k M S: s0 C/ b$ Qoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

& _* k' m: G/ f2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
8 L, a/ R* ~9 L5 z& l4 F) ^The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

% I j4 B+ m: p& N: m3 z3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired 1 x+ b, ^) Z1 h
