你说的水浸的情况是发生在inspection之前的吗?你做inspection的时候,有没有拍照啊?如果是之后,你楼的时候带个照相机去,把损坏的地方拍下来,然后立刻打电话给律师要求hold back若干钱。2 V7 [1 @' M0 h e" e

一般银行的房子是是as is,如果是在inspection已经存在的损害,不能要求赔偿。

like i said, this is a foreclosure property. AS IS. The bank doesn't have to disclose the fact to you even they don't know that.
