院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

9 t- F- H# u7 S" D4 E+ H5 }3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
5 y6 z; z+ B" E1 cup water 250 ml
0 ~) W6 F8 t6 q2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml + V: k0 S( H5 L k; M
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
- C6 W# T/ w( P6 s; c6 Ujuice of 1 lemon* 1

2 C, \/ E; G" O, Y1 @Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool." D3 o9 z& s- V

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
