院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml . U8 W( r) p5 }* k& R, i3 @) i
1 cup water 250 ml
' K6 \1 i+ `, }7 Y( \ n2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
, g; o [7 l# l- G5 a, S5 J- N1 s1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.* e/ Q4 L {% {, \ F0 _* Y
