院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享9 V& q5 c1 F# H5 ~0 U

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ; _% f- ]! N& P" m4 s. j/ T
1 cup water 250 ml
( e) N6 ]; l8 ]; g x& K" \ U2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ; x' \ w* ~, @; I3 Y& h9 |" w
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
4 l8 ^4 U( b* x& J$ D7 s' N- djuice of 1 lemon* 1 / c. y( ?5 \% A: o/ O
# a% ?* H$ E: @- k9 Q6 T$ r: jPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.0 h/ w' H9 w+ q6 A2 O. n6 k! P& ~
