院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE o0 U" o+ {) w+ M+ b7 h

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 2 c4 i- X6 d; e8 l' O
1 cup water 250 ml + \, X6 m, B% h! @- T5 k6 w
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
1 T; U+ l' Z( q2 P) u$ L* h1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
7 y E) A+ f, r- j3 I* E5 xjuice of 1 lemon* 1

9 p) y: S Z" M8 j- O6 \Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.; a! S1 R5 J; U/ F- u" O! |

! W3 D1 }( g) SSlice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
