院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享) K4 @6 h& X I g9 k

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE
2 Z/ q% F/ {" F + R5 U0 c* Y8 G* O# X K9 e
3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
5 P k9 x" K- r) F1 W7 p1 cup water 250 ml
2 x4 T) r8 T+ K2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
+ [& p/ [$ Q& D% N: E1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
( Y: ~; S+ K/ j9 ^. b& d$ J; Jjuice of 1 lemon* 1 . U" e/ y0 X4 C
3 K {& c3 [; i MPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
