院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享0 i/ J- g; [; a6 y! g* K' k

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
" w7 i+ O% a$ J1 cup water 250 ml , V; u9 }) l& t+ a8 z
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
+ o6 _! {1 Q7 v/ g. G1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ) a' S9 J0 }- h' ^7 L6 b3 ~( `# a
juice of 1 lemon* 1 9 Z9 j; i' R9 t5 E# ~5 Q1 x

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
