市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

1 A! t4 b! M' H0 G" M# x% Z不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Net loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)

1 Y9 _2 {  L; uMore of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

关键是市场上好房子不多!  

8 _) L; O0 q/ I, J以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
