Apply Cream Shadow in Sphynx, $17, a shimmering pink, around the inner and outer corners of the eye and along the outer third of the lower lash line. Pat it with your fingertip for easy blending.

7 V+ h4 H  Q0 s, I5 R8 HLine inner third of upper and lower lash line with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Baked, $16. Finish the rest of lash line with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Underground, $16. The liner should be thin toward the inner corner, and thicken toward the outer corner. Finish with Big Fatty Mascara, $20.
