• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
+ h2 C# ~" ?1 Q/ o& U8 e: i• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

/ p  S. `6 E8 t$ ?* p8 _% E• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
