. p2 v; E, z4 e- v( P$ a• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
0 Q7 u! B# }" G( n6 `! y' M+ Y9 e% e• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
( Y$ O+ w9 Y H0 K5 \• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
2 D+ n" w& x# @+ D9 B6 T• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements; S9 O- e" S; I) M p
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 8 t4 J, l x4 x' H3 e
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ( p; E3 d0 W8 h% Z, C9 G
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).2 A& N) ^# c% l, m

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
& g- P5 T5 v. A8 M# ]: a( u/ M• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
* ]; R; V( [0 C8 j& k$ S• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
T9 H V3 R# K' g• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
