1 u! H8 b1 h8 r2 c+ m7 d- _/ I• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
, Q8 W2 z' T4 V; V4 r+ [" R" C• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
, ?$ v4 I1 u; g! i• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
8 p# \& @5 q, ?9 n, W5 C• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
2 o1 G. L5 \: h• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
+ U' }9 t G! k" h) s/ d• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
- \* Q- a" y5 @7 i( B• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).2 C: g2 N* [ i# b

' O4 M Q/ ?" Z' t w' J8 M }# v• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
% S# }. K( i9 H5 n( A• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 2 O: E7 e$ y/ C0 P7 }; o
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
