influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close
' i# s! P l- u! }contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and: X# G" A, g+ O8 \
doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
6 v( C% M. H: w A" L3 Jthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.& Z9 j, k3 c& x0 q+ a0 o
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your) x* F: V: s1 H: a! I+ l; N
