C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
& k" e- k3 u( p" I& ?Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
3 d/ Q" g- B, V•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
1 V, ^8 r# n, u& B•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
+ g7 m  j+ w0 ]# }% |( r•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
  f4 N" @/ y( w7 F•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

: Y0 A% ]; ]9 @% z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
* r# [  M: R, J! A•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& u" S7 o- k" Q8 K! p! H4 Q/ F•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
7 |/ Z5 t, h" i: d) X' Y7 o" o•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
* {( k7 i: O, L; r" D•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 e* [" A  z* |9 ?7 m' i5 G•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
