C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
$ {) b$ h2 Y. U4 D8 H9 |Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
, k" l" k+ m% C* d•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
) Z) s' a! t! ]) b# W' n9 g•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
# f3 a) f" r' k! X! }2 z•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
% d8 r" F0 D) \) h' D* H, J( vMandatory Requirements:
( {( ^/ I& C4 g$ ?6 i' M3 {6 |  o•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
$ T5 k. o/ l8 ^, @•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" w0 t4 Z" U" x/ {9 z•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
