C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
/ P# N) @# ?/ e4 |# x1 o•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
+ ]7 t2 {; X8 F2 R# T( I% v•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
+ p" q8 {0 v- |' g$ p- b9 D9 I•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
0 N, T+ p% N' m2 F# Z1 o  E# q' _•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
& T" ^' A3 Y" E; b+ p2 I•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
# w: g3 W7 R* N. M+ F" Y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
& U4 b  M6 ~, O8 D/ }Mandatory Requirements:
/ \  I; A& `6 U& }9 }1 p3 ~•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
' g; S; N* D' Z•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
9 |+ {6 d' h* ]5 Q8 b7 p3 m•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
1 j' N" G- ~. s$ h•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
: p' h9 i+ n' c# E2 p( Y7 v- J9 n•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
. _+ m3 G% h. K0 p; wDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
