C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
" B  I. i0 V! q0 U/ E& G7 U8 V' aDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
$ J+ W9 X( S, r6 X) E, P. N•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
# _: |1 _: m/ y; `6 S, W•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
4 @- z$ w5 p6 K/ {$ \, i3 {•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
8 c( C- l' w, W, o/ N0 E•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
9 \* J% A5 p  ~. T9 r+ y% @•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
; ?# _5 Y: c) X/ A•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
# ^8 G9 N$ i- [# e) J& H- hMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
9 ?- H( Q; ?# |6 Z; g; f% c% B•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% A( e5 B  T9 h•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
, ~+ ^5 E) `1 S, Z/ J+ v5 p•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
1 K3 B, r9 `* j•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
