C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
% z) b. `! L. }' v•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
7 p  L$ N* J4 i2 p$ ^•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
0 ^. W2 M$ w: i•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
/ U/ ~( J0 z* j) v! p•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
/ P  G- ^% e8 X4 H( g- k2 p•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 Q7 Z7 A# m5 v# w, _8 S•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
6 X: H# I& }6 B/ _5 YMandatory Requirements:
! ~+ Z- a, ?' C. p+ J( j•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& _9 n9 p  V8 r9 u•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
  M$ h6 C: D% E; f" d" ^2 M. r•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
