" k6 W& F: k4 E1 eC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
2 i- ^  y, T  }4 TDuties:
5 S) l  M& Q0 E6 [5 p5 ~•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
/ `3 K+ ~6 S1 _$ D5 Q0 V•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
% r! ?0 g/ ^" U3 ~/ o# X4 W/ q•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
8 `  ?  N* L) R: q4 e•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
" K  Z; ~# z+ E  }) n5 ^7 M•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
, H0 \/ w5 h. ?. H/ j•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
1 Y! h4 s& b7 L3 d: `•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
1 s& @7 Y* u  c* M. `. i: N•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
! }2 s1 P: {; f% n6 I' ], i' p•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ O) ~* U/ l' `. p( @- D& e•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
7 a' I& ]3 n. `4 ?7 U4 N) D  ?•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
/ K1 w7 N* p1 t0 I) a* I0 _8 m•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
" u) |# M% ~" V. ZDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
0 u6 b0 A8 I1 v1 L•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
