C# Systems Analyst

6 U. r- w9 Z3 {0 i7 n; bC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
$ l4 l: E4 O: `0 `, `•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
  o% R6 \9 l0 n# Q" l$ `  m•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
: G+ b; G8 N' G. r•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
- F/ J( E, F# L•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
7 `' r& i/ O" R•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
1 y( ?3 p/ v, I0 n•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
9 l0 N8 K& o# O$ e' H* d6 D•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
- o4 Y+ V! H/ }6 E, I5 z•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
; G: Z3 C5 i) ^( P' ~# I* {•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
