Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
! P1 C# }$ V3 H# L0 a8 r• SAP match reporting and monthly management b( O% ~! [) t! k, y( \; x
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.$ q! t K, M: Z
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.& g4 r# I' z; M! K0 w, k
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
' b# ?$ l, E+ k6 X8 W% L• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
8 L9 K9 u9 ~+ x/ ?% U" b7 k u• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.) \& p ?8 ~! D
• Order business cards as required.
5 R2 f: d* J% {# R' X# a6 @• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
3 D' I+ X: c+ A5 C, n0 b• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
7 ~6 g5 Y# J; a X" X' q4 a• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent. l) T" O6 D# v; e+ i5 l
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)8 o! n# O+ w$ p! | }5 Q
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience9 l( W/ e3 H( C
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
