Job Duties / Responsibilities
/ b2 S) `3 T6 h• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.4 T0 F$ b3 P) E. ?
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
, M4 L4 d- R2 R# v• SAP match reporting and monthly management
& L; H1 }! I5 C• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies. o r1 ?- L6 q" g4 T
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.% M# d. C) t9 z
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.. W+ j5 W( I7 K& L/ x4 E
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
% o3 ]* ]' H, l• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.$ V" t0 C+ c7 \: N" D2 e
• Order business cards as required.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater% \- \0 [6 T- V) @% W9 J! h
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
