• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.* |; @; q& a a- K
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
" w3 T* y0 V+ h• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
) y% I Q$ B0 A• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required./ P9 C7 ] P) m
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
) n* m! I, _& u$ v• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Order business cards as required.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Grade 12 or equivalent, H) Q. w" Q2 _* e
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater$ J; z- x! a) r$ K8 r/ z
