• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.4 t- {( h9 J1 ^3 f v+ i& ]6 V
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

/ X3 ]# D" `, @4 K9 F. l% \• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
' o6 R# S% E2 y. P+ W. V• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.3 R) J2 K" _# w( e. M3 k: S
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
! X! s. X* I! N+ A8 k• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
* @: f; t7 ~- d3 y1 g9 w P C; x• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.3 `! G6 t5 L$ X8 s7 X& q
• Order business cards as required.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

Education / Experience& Z3 p8 _/ G6 r7 O4 b* s" w
• Grade 12 or equivalent
( I- D# b( J9 H ~• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)6 t( T0 J2 E: u3 {- S
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
& J; T- `; }) O& E5 Y• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater+ @1 P: o9 Z3 _5 m: a7 c7 ]
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 7 E2 t6 {9 t* g; m. L4 x

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
