This role is responsible for the following activities representing site:
& U# D/ G# Z6 I' C• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support4 e. V6 _$ O% @4 u0 E! W' Z
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel4 ~+ @. R" C+ n' R' e0 B. h
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts5 o) X5 g7 Z' \% B3 b3 C3 q/ R
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
: S' j' y% `) ?4 E9 ~! U8 U• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
# d, ?4 q: ]* U! f" H• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
1 G: _/ G7 K3 F; V1 c# s$ ^2 X+ x• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.' u* r5 g/ x/ G [ B2 o/ H+ v, f

Education / Experience- u. `0 Z {0 S" Y: W
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
: q8 @% G6 U7 X1 q7 s• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator; f5 k! L; N% |& t0 f7 o
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered0 R, ?4 P j+ x W" H; c Z
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required9 _' G8 ?0 z( e6 O1 f# z
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
