Job Duties / Responsibilities
8 i; m) m) o) \, w  Y) nThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
% `$ H4 n& U- i# M+ C" f• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
$ k2 e$ O4 x. |7 P! U! Q$ `1 @• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
# b3 {3 w3 D' K) A4 q• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

2 c9 v- j- `" T! jEducation / Experience
5 K# p' w' H1 t" N• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
& A6 u: R1 t# i1 g• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
8 m+ o) g9 b5 ^3 d( T# s• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
: X1 D" [9 h; Z, k* ]• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
