9 O5 A9 \1 J5 \6 l6 }We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.8 N. y+ j7 I& J' u0 s) ~; r/ o

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
2 M2 l( m1 y: |5 h! _: S• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings $ V8 N$ M' m! ?
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
. ]0 G9 q8 ?( @5 z8 k+ Z( C! G• Promoting TBL products and services
$ B! R4 z- ^6 b C$ f( p1 Q• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance

• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 3 \ J- S0 Q+ M0 L7 i5 m
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Arranging catering for various meetings ! m0 t% ?9 [2 q1 p7 r; m1 R: E
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
