We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

y9 e& l) E. A# t( X s# c- n+ z• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ( i% r; A3 s, a) i' N
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings : D" V& @6 N! l* ?
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
) o+ ]9 Z U# j9 ?* a6 D _• Promoting TBL products and services
3 Z @$ I' s# U( @5 H: l• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
1 Z1 {4 }4 T* ?- S ~- N% n• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 2 C) u( q& @; u8 t' r
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta . H) p d+ h$ A. q
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry* A+ ]4 X# H" K [1 Q* E: ?* g, O' D; F& h
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

Qualifications

b q) A- c* C5 ?• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
4 h5 q4 N. N+ c1 _' h• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling, S# o( ^7 [: R+ m0 Z
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

 Strong work ethic
