, S6 S: V+ X o" |We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry., b2 S) I3 ]% T- M" M

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
+ l: @) m0 R. q' d1 H: F8 w, H/ o: m• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
( o1 }3 F! J7 {( t• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 8 n( b; t' O2 U9 k$ p
• Promoting TBL products and services : A9 Y( |3 H* k
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ; u/ _. b6 L: @4 {
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
- I x1 @' X% [7 A• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
* n6 `0 r2 W- t# K* F* d• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry4 {* |: x' u% {$ N
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program
% O2 }+ V. O0 y• Arranging catering for various meetings
) M5 h- D' z" S7 y& G• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 4 R4 n: c$ j D* z1 \
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times % l7 ^3 d+ _) v. u4 G! u

Qualifications

Education and Experience+ q: m; |8 o3 D0 P/ i- K. n6 _
% S# X0 V- _: a% m• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience ; @+ Y) U- m. J3 v* K' v+ ?. E: e
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
) j, T" s' A' F, M3 A3 \+ l1 H• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
