Wages:  $16 per hour, 40 hours a week

8 e& }& [8 v1 R- d' ?Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
9 c, F7 w% M& j& k1 x6 u% iAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
* V$ d% N2 N( ~4 hAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
: X! `1 n) _5 P5 T8 X' {8 ^# g" }Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
' l# M  x  C8 F2 W" \Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
