: ?6 `& G/ D5 e7 l/ c' T' F1 T8 Q' TWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
) j6 |/ X# Z9 C3 @  Y; ^% w& k3 u        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

+ r! \9 D& Z* J* R! X* WOther requirements:
! I6 T! c% I/ W3 }) z3 O" X2 B        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
, z0 [- d0 k( `1 \        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
3 u9 d+ r# |+ g# u) ~2 s        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
& P8 `! ~) I" ~8 n* T        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
