, P- Q( l# h7 t3 G& q; m4 W" n2 J! mWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

2 n3 r5 I6 [+ @4 t( _4 P/ T7 ^Educational requirement:  
9 y& C' q2 z5 E5 I        University Degree, or
8 n$ z2 z0 J* S        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
9 C" z/ K7 A& m        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
# z  c/ b6 M' c% _- R; A        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
! B3 ]! J2 {1 `1 L" K+ O+ g2 v        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
# ]" x3 x; U8 _8 T; C        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
