We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

 University Degree, or) x; Z7 q b+ k( \6 ^4 B/ P
 Post-Secondary education with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
* f7 s1 t- G3 t A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.! x k/ ]" b+ x5 p: i) `9 d2 J( j% m

Other requirements:
: R5 z# L: f; ]6 L8 n4 [ Experience in working with seniors and senior services;1 e. S. w; D3 U( _, z3 X
 Staff supervision and human resources experience;+ p+ O$ t- ~: n- n0 }
 Budget preparation and financial reporting;' j0 {0 ~: s2 D) U
 Procurement and service contract management;
" w( d5 g% ^8 I' c% ?8 \0 z$ m* w General building management;! L2 Y+ F) x, ~) x6 M5 k9 D U
 Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
8 o$ u( I. _% ~! j# x7 q Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
