y; f* G( T+ S+ W( D. oPolice say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.
