Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
* o. ^! q& Y; i- P( KAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
* O; ]6 J' @: a  u) a$ dAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
& k9 l: l, @% p* d0 ASell merchandise to customers
1 u* n* C4 D3 O0 u! c3 AResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
! B5 J7 s1 R1 K5 J4 z- `: B3 nMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. B, u! g' s7 h1 u3 xPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
