- G+ d5 A- H5 ]! E* G1 jAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
6 [" ]9 n+ S# f1 I' a7 s  s4 g) nSell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
* a$ S, x. @" ]+ b* m0 e9 SPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  `  f4 r8 b. i# m1 I% MHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
