• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

' h- k/ S+ l3 l# t0 E% }/ `. {. Y6 G• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
' m9 j5 j% c; `; }• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
7 y2 ~+ k; ]7 R0 X$ g• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
$ X& \. \; ^+ f• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
+ L+ O( A  N. |+ N• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
8 I5 A1 ~' R2 z+ x5 @• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
! Y- i; V5 L- {0 J& i• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
2 I& M, G% h) X, b• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
1 |% I) Q) c( `  h5 r, o- R3 p• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
  T' {5 S, V+ _, }7 T/ a/ u. Q• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
* l6 {! m% C2 @% `) E1 q• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
3 O* o/ o4 N( @# z! y/ g• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
) Z; `* P/ j" C• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

" E4 ?7 I, ?9 \7 F* z. F• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

& @- q4 ~9 i' B/ O* M/ ]- x, [4 z% Y• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
0 _/ T2 s  T1 S+ r- F' m0 g( {• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

( v+ h" E) X. N3 A/ o3 QEducation / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
5 y' l6 |+ D3 U! a• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
