Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
" l. s& N9 ]  B3 y/ O• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
$ Y% }$ L; K1 B, D8 xdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
8 a/ e- m$ Y1 s) q; @+ z, Cplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
: u* J6 Z; @2 r# ?' u2 p6 E, k" `• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
1 M- k5 g2 s* m• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
0 q# f' g* ~: X; t8 Q/ M8 |0 E0 G• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
. z) Y+ \2 G1 J9 c( m+ P• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
# o/ a/ x8 u9 N6 g+ O6 C• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
, G  ~4 i1 K, K• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
' g) r  ]# k6 l; x" g0 D• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
) c) b0 r7 T& `- i• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
8 _/ j9 A" Q  }  i; I! Z2 K, I• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
3 A  A6 F* f; o• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
# g" N8 [& d+ U8 }• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
$ T3 Q! Q+ f% q! V* |* K" n• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
5 p( [2 [9 p7 x; C6 D. g; P• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
; o. D/ [% I) A% W; }• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
( h3 s& q1 J$ a" H& `! l• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
. W& n( d2 d4 n% Y& M• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
; j: D& G' C6 ]& l$ d, K• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
- f8 d) t. _5 P/ ?6 L. V  P• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

; `2 C$ `; Q( W  c7 eEducation / Experience
5 ~2 {% O2 A% C3 e• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
( w& o* R! W0 }! J) t, ]: Z" C5 H' U) \• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
: U, o/ {" K. F" W# c& Q5 ?# }• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
