• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

$ @0 O7 H b! X( ]5 p7 Y5 l• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
9 \" q. K( N T8 M( L) W* K, C1 O• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
) E4 G) W. G, j• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.. L7 @2 ]6 [ K5 t1 D/ ?4 ^! ^
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
, J# w$ U! ~+ A9 D" s: R! T• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
5 t; a8 t, t6 A Y! a' h• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
: W# L+ o% `- B1 d+ B% k• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.5 W; a4 R0 G# z5 |
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
! R* U$ L9 F5 `9 V: c/ ]! r• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report./ u8 s- @6 B! i
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.& r5 f% a# k, n# J
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
5 s: u; B* W# u• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials." B/ j5 a& W3 d, b! W& I8 O- C) v
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
% B3 E! W9 v. S! M3 p9 a5 i• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.# C, z0 m8 Q( `
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
; r7 q( z# z& ^2 _• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 6 r) \/ C' @6 t3 B, E& i+ q
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
+ Z) k5 A( u7 e1 r6 y• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. ( P& X; L* y" B; l v" Y* c
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.' ^* H5 N: M7 D* X) o% e
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.' d5 m0 B+ ^1 s( V4 H5 B0 n5 R0 k0 f
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience: L9 {& {7 @: r) B4 j. M
• Grade 12 / GED. 8 [% x- {5 h! f9 J, K- x: S) o! s
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
9 q4 A: @, w9 a1 I( _• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
* K2 e" |# o$ ^' ^* r• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
. j# h# \' S9 p% A3 E• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 8 Z3 `9 r8 U0 q# G. W
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
( N5 S* @& O2 D( u1 ~/ o. _# c• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
