我对那附近非常熟，1600尺的双车库的房子在TWIN BROOK，一般实际成交价在37万，位置，朝向和状态特别好的（其实好位置都是大房子，大多数在最南边9ave 或者最西边的118 st 一线才有小房子），也有可能达到40万，特别没有房产经纪的情况下，有好多事要买主操心，要担额外的风险（自己的买过的就知道了），所以成交价更应该要在40万之下。要价太高了些。仅供参考了。
