Drill Bit Repair Technician
$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position

South side of Edmonton

As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
' G4 Y) _3 D" |6 W6 K' y6 ~*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
7 i# \8 \8 Z4 i0 F) r, h*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
2 V' C$ u! ~* p- C) k" L& V4 Q*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
' F1 x3 C: ], x: v: q5 }- V, F# U*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
*Reliable vehicle is required
*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97

*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset

*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
