Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential
) d* i8 t6 a, q6 `" sskills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded3 O; J0 {2 L' X, ?
program combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work
# ^8 E: [% f; H7 r$ p% X* z1 Lexperience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as7 w6 g" m _3 E% h+ }/ l0 m) L0 v7 f
warehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food4 F9 K0 U) z* T/ i/ y) R/ b

Candidate Profile:

* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB! P( j9 t M1 P/ ~
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-& b- V: h6 k* ~& {

* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand/ w* V5 J0 S3 y( Q2 F, @3 i
