Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). , e5 L, ^# R* v3 q4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof./ v& B- w. J3 B% M0 O# p# A
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. ! a3 g' l# _) ?2 A6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
