问问这个新区好不好？

看中了windermere north那个新区
- S* {2 Y2 `, B: l: E
过条马路有wal mart  区里规划的大部分都是40 42 的lot  
我们看中的是30的lot（在walk out lot的正对面） 喜欢的户型是2300多尺的 2 story

! r* V- D4 d( _! l8 d5 t建筑商是landmark  想问问大家这个区好不好
