Even this may not slide into the river like the others did few years ago, soil settlement/shifting  will make a problem. That is why the price is so appealing.

也不是预谋买家抢房的。这房本来要70多万，一路慢慢降下来的。最大缺点是外表一般，厨房特小，对面是差房子。

刚刚又降了2万，624900 啦！
对面是幢apartment,里面更糟----极小的厨房，结构布局不是家庭用，总之所有东西都要重做，Agent 说改造还要20万以上。

0 J4 x, I+ T$ Z1 w1 b这房背后靠的地块刚重建了个“城隍庙”，虽说不合小黄口味，但好歹是个百万以上的房子。整个区位不便宜。
