! u! J! ^' m4 [0 wCandidates should have a M.Sc. degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with industrial experience in a research environment. The candidate should be inquisitive, thorough, and willing to learn, as well as have good communication and writing skills.
