谢谢解答，看来已经晚了。首付肯定是没问题，我现在就是想弄个利率低一些的，而且是那种随时可以换贷款的那种，今天单位已经开了收入证明，想提前做个。假如有利率低的请及时再告诉我，谢谢了。
