Position Title: Junior Programmer
. @3 R9 ~5 B7 O* p* w# QJob Description/Duties: Under supervision of Lead Programmer: complete development and monitoring tasks as assigned; work independently and collaboratively as member of team; develop understanding of Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT); create programs to support product development phase of CAT; serve as liaison to outsource partner in India; test programs and software applications; create customized sales reports to meet business needs; maintain office productivity applications; provide support to Print Production Branch as required.
% @+ T) h' M/ q' {0 r8 W: \Qualifications: Speak both English and Hindi; demonstrate programming skills in .NET; identify, communicate and debug web and desktop applications; prioritize tasks; meet team and individual deadlines; demonstrate felexibility to meet needs of changing environment
