Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator

3 N6 X0 C9 a* B  l2 K. @: ^- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
, Q0 s4 k1 ~% H2 x) P2 @1 h- \' `- Recruit children for summer program
% Y  N# h# u! N* y+ Y: a6 M- Provide orientation for parents
7 M1 K6 r9 D$ D/ E  H9 {- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
8 Q$ P+ q# }- K0 d# s9 Y7 [- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
; ?) b$ v! x. O, S1 ~( ^/ w- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
% G- \( i+ k7 c1 ?) _- good computer skills

- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
