有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。$ y4 n: ^0 C0 U! C; b! C, M
% A8 E& D" e' P8 x' Y& @: {做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
