Responsibilities In this position, you will: 1 `3 j# c2 f$ z5 b% k X1 c
• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
9 V0 Z# t2 R& J• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
& ~ b* T! A" S/ k; S• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications. + N% z- c; s$ I9 B
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; ) T* |. o% W! r, L4 Q# g: H
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
