Position Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
$ d  @, D0 E) [8 IResponsibilities        In this position, you will:
• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
' n4 J* V) \* m5 u, [3 r• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
  f9 p; o" D* b5 z. R- f; G• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
