A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further. , o9 I$ P4 H5 J3 T- K9 V % e4 Y/ G0 ~2 N0 A) K; O' y* ]I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift
