. V/ M, z; e9 I$ }% v: JKey Responsibilities:
+ `" N  Z" e# l' n. b To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
) Y+ j" p1 N* [" b1 M To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
% I8 J! A# V2 {1 F8 d To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
) _: Z9 O6 }( m2 b7 H* } To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
4 ~8 _: C/ a6 ^9 U Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
