Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
3 W! q4 |8 o$ i/ L4 Q9 { To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
8 |) I8 A, ~- I# S) u  L To help promote the program in the community.
$ A- p0 _( M* G0 y To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
8 F8 c; E! h% D7 K To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
( b% p  s! B# K: [! Y0 @ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

6 n5 P1 @7 c! u" oQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
# d2 d! w4 }* b8 i. }; D 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
5 w' J6 q7 o$ o$ b1 G& t) N3 b Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
- `* s2 i3 Y; l3 m. A Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
