Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
1 t$ s, C0 l% Q7 P$ m; Z- g5 I To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
+ Q  W! H5 C; v' Z9 n- N, H$ E; R8 ` To help promote the program in the community.
  w, F: Z7 T6 u. `; V. a* O To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
  I' [; C+ a3 H+ }) H, N. h5 ^3 ` To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
9 d$ q( n1 D$ T  { To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
. C3 v0 ]# H6 n# x0 b( W3 g To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
7 S9 {* R! l* n+ d/ T: A Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
