2 B) h! E% D1 T5 i( @3 y2 k To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
$ N. S+ P# C- N  y# v9 M* f& s% O To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
0 V+ p2 ^+ d" k+ f/ F# ` To help promote the program in the community.
# \& ]( p3 p) C8 G To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
$ V# t# v) E  a3 P. u$ w3 P To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
2 n& S/ e0 y$ K0 S5 G To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

. D2 Y  l3 ^2 Y7 z& c+ t# C- EQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
* @) E+ e. l9 F3 l' H( Q0 P 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
5 S% K. I8 s5 y Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
& I7 p1 N, s: k( I Current CPR and First Aid certifications
! y$ `( U: \1 k) J* h Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
