Housing Program Worker

& s9 f0 P+ ]7 [  g* K" s* }- `0 bKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
  j4 {  d7 A  l4 D4 e& N To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
- P: b" L0 t5 G: [* w( U. B To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
7 V, i8 J3 I: I; ^ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

8 g# L/ g/ ]1 ~# i$ T) PQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
4 U$ c. ]. L' m+ q8 @' h9 p) l Current CPR and First Aid certifications
. h% z/ }" f+ |* R- f9 D& m' z Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
