Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator

+ U7 }; y7 ^& F5 ]- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
" g' W7 ~6 v+ V- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
) e( a1 I& c1 W8 t6 ?& V: D- Prepare final report for funding agency
( X$ R& ]  ~$ R4 A  Y) Z* P+ Z
% k+ o( f: v. z7 I0 P+ }Qualifications:

  h& r& l+ J. h8 t) m- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
6 ]+ ^$ N. O! q6 p% ~- communication skills
8 a7 b0 Z+ l: h3 _: M1 }9 a- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
7 b- Q1 A# H9 @+ t3 A3 E- leadership abilities
" U8 M. E% z, {% }1 X- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary
