有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
0 S9 O9 X& M- i) b. e) \Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
! q5 Z7 b" ?0 l' s5 r6 j! g不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
9 k4 e; E# L% s. x0 G3 H7 rYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
( h/ u  Z; ?* e中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
6 x9 {! p$ c- D, g7 \. s- J6 gThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
: l& }: U' P( a# E$ L* j1 tA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
. [1 `/ }) q# `# u+ a) i' t( P就可以辨識中風：
2 `. z1 n& Y/ ^It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
1 m! W/ i, Q# p3 V* g  ^; WS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
! b, X  p$ }- u; i& aAsk the patient to smile
9 }2 ~% o1 G  E5 F3 b( ^- z   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
, R3 V7 i+ m& s+ K: C" k，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
  a$ R/ l, D3 B$ w2 EAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
- X* f! b* K, t6 R$ t, ~2 ?One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
  T1 Y6 K: J5 @- L3 K0 S  n" bAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
3 S: f- L9 p! z心臟科醫師說，
/ j- Y2 K3 K; p! Q. J! ^; nA cardiac surgeon says :

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
