有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
- c5 b7 }3 V0 w1 X- F$ A, eIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

; O/ R+ h- Y5 ?+ q: p# `) }* Y6 X8 v5 @中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
+ O; @0 o8 A0 n6 ^7 \The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

( _8 ?+ ]- ?2 Q2 u醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

1 J% g6 H5 W. P0 \2 U- J2 l8 [S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
& r  i" ]! W/ n% j( rAsk the patient to smile
) T8 U: ]" ?2 v  V& o  e7 r   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
6 @# L9 Q) v- ?& P9 A! rRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
: \& z. n0 y1 R6 [8 g9 H, y，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
  d3 o9 V+ _' ~, H: d" H   
2 i& c4 q, k5 U, q* p) |R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
2 j- {! g$ C" g! d+ kAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
. T6 s' t( Q# y9 I1 p   
7 s' D% W9 \& ~- I$ A1 i注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
- }4 s! o0 F0 U9 p: XOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
