The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.7 m4 I* Q. d& N, {: F( F/ |0 A

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

1 l  o" `6 w+ h' [3 z* n) P/ RJob Duties/Responsibilities:
- |! e4 o0 D# E% @$ x•        Human Resources Management
# j$ l/ q6 H& J% u& R9 o! k" ~; m•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
6 i0 w6 U) \$ I  i•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
  D4 }6 [9 ~; t: C1 o% C  k•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
, ~( l: a% F  X7 U9 L•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services
6 M: ]; J0 M% k•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

# V* Z2 z+ p7 \0 R  x) JProgram Delivery* n& o5 _% i8 B$ y
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 2 G  D: S) Z2 z( O) k# D$ n; A/ q
•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes+ U2 \7 y$ B; e. I
•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
' p8 j5 B0 V3 [' I' \•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication. u1 {( J9 h% P8 n; Q% Q
•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested. |6 w3 ?! b$ c# L) W0 [( z0 J! `4 ^
•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department+ ~- ]  Y9 ~  ^1 C3 x
•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

2 l$ B7 Q! D2 I7 H•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
9 D% i/ b0 E/ @: V+ Z2 N9 \+ `•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review- j' P) r$ _# G
•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

Qualifications:2 h7 ~/ I5 q) k; Q

& q* n9 }$ W! g. B•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field' ~6 E, q1 O2 G3 Y" B) M0 R  ^; h
•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
& ?7 s( p! V2 `" D•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience: o+ t4 _2 E+ A' G: M
•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations: ?! T1 Y% ~# c3 ~
•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
' n9 L$ I, d3 d' {' k8 c•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
