The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.1 q/ x0 [) {; \0 g

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
! Y! Y4 C1 R5 I) p' J• Human Resources Management
8 L, S5 {2 C- t) R• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
7 ]! @/ I/ t% p# p• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 4 i6 F: w+ D3 h7 c! `* w
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities) m9 @" H) D6 i3 S
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
& ~4 Z1 @9 v$ w( O8 u8 K' m4 S1 S• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

- }9 b, v6 S0 J B9 ]( t. n, RProgram Delivery/ v9 J% E- g8 `& u& ^4 D
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
% `. W7 B3 h9 R- O9 O% `7 H• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes. n0 y) d. c; K. s& A
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required) u2 h/ T% L7 f1 } F& b1 G5 C7 o3 H
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication% }+ M4 | P0 ~; j! a
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested! x( _# f0 h' @
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
% U, X" A/ V8 R• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program f; s1 m+ X7 E( S+ ^+ P0 @$ U
• Implement service modification, as required- z7 c0 O: B- u% _7 G

; E. o# u/ M$ J3 D) W9 e• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
5 I2 E6 O: H8 N* C• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review, r2 R! c8 d+ a/ `
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

9 `+ p5 C) g7 z! v* i, m8 K6 u) _0 o) B, z! a- Z
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
' a2 v! Y) _& t" b$ W- _; Q, I* Y+ ^3 n• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
$ n& y& J8 |' z1 ?! m6 j$ H• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
& B# I( }; }- }• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations; \+ f. p4 C& {- O
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population4 N" w+ \- A+ H8 U6 v7 S n2 K
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
