Police said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.% S9 L5 k$ U: n8 d& S

Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6. _* y' U- O, R1 } S, w$ j5 @# `; ~1 u

His family had been concerned for his health and safety as he suffered from several serious medical conditions, police said |
