It is on UA campus and is very convenient to new comer single or couple' s temporary living. very very close to LRT station and bus transit center:)  

It is a bachelor, so no need to share with others. It is available from Jun.1st to July.17. During this time, you can settle down and find a good permenent place to live.

If you can help to take care of my plants and flower, the total rent is just $500 for one and half month, including power, water(cold/hot), heat and TV cable. some furniture,microwave, TV, some other things and doublesize-matress are free to use. With its own cloth closet, kitchen and washroom. Wireless internet access is also available.
