) u* t* w- b: z6 hPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
; t& |. {, K, q& C* G9 O/ p  xFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
( M) `7 s4 C0 E! g- y6 a1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
9 g  a$ p* M: J3 H: l2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
7 E: `' u$ c; ^  A3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5 t4 l) q- J6 G/ d0 `" ^5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
2 E, T. c, v/ q" @3 M6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
