% w. g; a+ J9 a1 A8 O% x+ }# DPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
- d! X8 ]- j& TFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
% \& {" s* Q( T4 g, M9 ~8 i       
Remarks:
' C6 ^0 w' f. g$ ?; G1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
4 X9 {/ {, J; D9 A) l2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
: z4 \' n6 n* s% {8 p+ Y3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
, \$ _' j; U- |$ M5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

: T7 P) W9 D. E5 m3 d2 M8 \1 aWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
