Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
2 F7 e! U0 S  qTime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
  X2 r# d7 `. L6 dPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
# ^4 l' P2 w- O' ]8 k; XRemarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
6 E& H1 `9 R/ @: k+ N; ^# ?3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
. O! h& b% {0 i  E  D, U4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

0 K& V- t9 u5 ^3 Y7 O4 p" h8 FWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
