Time        9:30am – 11:30am
' j- ^3 x& i3 v  q/ L+ @Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

$ h( U( O- b& R1 u2 v! l6 bRemarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
( D+ [7 ]5 g, v2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
4 b( J7 Q$ @) T4 u3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
( h- k3 I* E( G' V; M5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
5 K5 B7 y% p! x9 `5 v9 Q7 v6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

0 ~- Z) T2 T. ~# l; zWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
