Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports2 l3 Z9 L7 ^, H2 _- x6 U2 t
- Recruit children for summer program

, a- G/ [& k: H* u) h! L) a- Find sponsors to enhance program
, v# y0 R" ^9 J, a4 q: a- Supervise volunteer(s)
7 w& i) L i4 S9 Q6 R- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
- q2 w: Y% s6 U t( z# t5 \0 m1 A
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
# n" A r$ x4 d$ ]7 \8 b. D- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
5 q }, a0 i) D2 n$ D% m- communication skills
* {! X' u3 c. G* \4 v- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities7 }7 d5 Q. q' h1 N8 m
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset2 W s& E0 c4 h& y' y
- good computer skills7 B) @2 _ [ V& n! a4 a
- leadership abilities
