Term: 1-year Contract for Maternity Leave (Full time: 35 hours per week)

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population + |+ `4 x* R: H5 u7 m+ [ p
access to mainstream services+ _$ @" w$ T8 d$ ~* o/ t& i
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
/ a/ n' G' ?. c6 o- Z; H, x9 L social services$ z9 C2 E* x8 A% B: [! a4 a! n
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies* H B- X/ e" r' N! Q% p2 J. @
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

. p2 Q) |8 s: N- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
2 ~9 p5 v) Z! {- f/ M( B- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 6 }% e$ q7 e6 v5 F- v( g: d: G
experience and education ( W$ W! U5 v, \) `
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
. W' t( {. _6 }) @. u- experience in community work and immigrant services
) F. y3 S9 O6 w$ ~- _- experience in website update/design" }* X+ t5 E+ u2 j+ R! L9 c
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset& \' ] o8 G/ e2 H7 K4 Y3 v
