-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
        preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
. v% d% }1 M, n! C; J1 ~5 N-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
7 L' v. y9 A% k$ Z; E-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
- o" h4 Y, Q" b$ O; d2 M& K        Coordinator
' Y  h9 a: `2 H, I: {$ h) G4 Z. g- r-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

# O! V9 ?. z5 O" ~! j- m3 y0 [-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
: I/ j' s6 ]" v/ `  d5 j+ D; u        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
& Y& Z, J. K/ q) B6 V+ Q-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9 E$ @: a3 P- A4 v5 x-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

  m2 H- n; t" K-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
& _0 }; a' ]# N9 A        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
' ]) S; }7 v- A4 r% j- l-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
* M& m2 e1 J# _9 R) ?-        $14.00 per hour
