Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
  R4 n2 i4 a0 P" r# V: c6 Z1 K2 l6 R# c! XSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- d" z: t" K0 z) \- L6 a- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
0 c4 V8 p+ q2 `) d4 S- Paying attention to details;
1 f2 E; s- w+ T- n- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

+ N5 I/ P8 m% H5 ]9 U' T5 D- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
