Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

# d: s( X/ f. X' zWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
4 C, O9 S9 z' t# i% |+ x1 |- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
& p2 b8 |2 Y  K* \- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
, ~! Y% |2 o$ ]1 P( l) @- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
5 n/ a: g3 M- R$ J  l* J- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
* H3 y4 h( K& {# j' z" w- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
1 `% a5 g3 W7 s" l# ^. H- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
