本人今年5月毕业准备申请3年工签   但是护照2010年10月过期   请问护照可以提前一年多续签的吗?   
3 a4 x; C+ s4 S1 Y/ W$ ~因为不续签的话  只能那到1年工签  以后再去续的话怕没有2年那么多了
/ u5 }5 t8 O0 M5 L! _5 d! r如果可以  学校的证明信应该怎么写呢??

you can renew your passport, and let them know, you are applying for a three years work permit (will be valid to 2012) and your passport is being expired in 2010.

* J7 L4 h. v' N% f; G+ OThey will accepte this situation. Please be advised that Chinese Consulate General does not extend your passport, and they ONLY issue you a new one. It usually takes a month.
